We offer two types of Telemed bookings, Video and Telephonic
VIDEO CONSULTING
A link will be sent to you via SMS and/or email. You can follow this link to initiate the Video call at the time of your booking.
**NB Please ensure that you have data available and a stable connection to ensure a successful video call.
TELEPHONIC CONSULTING
At the time of your booking one of our Telemed doctors will contact you on the number provided. Please be sure that you are available and that your phone is nearby at the time of your booking. Our doctor will only attempt to call you twice.

Yes, you can. As part of the process, we will submit the invoice to your medical aid directly*.
*Virtual consultations are paid from medical savings account benefits. You remain responsible for your account if medical aid does not pay. If you are on a medical aid, please provide these details to administration when called to confirm your booking.

ANY condition/complaint can be assessed via telemedicine. If not appropriate for virtual management, our doctors are well trained on how and when to refer for further investigation/management.
